We will work together to manage feelings of anxiety, guilt, shame, and comparison. For parents and parent-to-be, it can often feel like you don’t even recognize yourself and your new life. Our work will support your self-discovery and help you tolerate the uncertainty of this time. We’ll work to help you begin to feel in charge of your life again.

Are you and your partner having trouble connecting like you once did? It feels like this transition into parenthood is pushing you apart when you hoped to be leaning on each other.

Becoming parents is a major transition that can lead to friction and conflict in the relationship. Talking together in a safe, judgement free space can help you realign.

I offer counseling for couples who are struggling with infertility, grief and loss, or creating a family through fostering and/or adoption.


SUPPORT GROUPS

Sharing the stories of our personal journeys can create healing and community in a way like no other.

Periodically I offer groups to address issues of:
